Hi, I'm Will Queen, an Economist at the UNCG Center for Housing and Community Studies and a PhD Candidate in the Department of Economics at UNCG.
I'm an applied microeconomist who specializes in econometrics, health economics, and labor economics. Broadly speaking, I enjoy using econometric methods to study challenging topics that are meaningful to decision-makers.
My job market paper studies why youth with depression earn less as adults. Some of my other recent research focuses on the cost-effectiveness of mental health pilot programs for at-risk youth in North Carolina.
